Q: How do you screen your caregivers?
A: Each Caregiver undergoes a thorough reference and criminal background "CORI" check. Each Caregiver is also fully insured.
Q: Why should I choose Caring Hearts Homecare to provide my care?
A: We employ caregivers who are caring, reliable, and have a heart for seniors and their families. Each Caregiver is thoroughly screened, trained, and insured. Each caregiver will be matched to the client's preference. Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority.
Q: What days are your services available?
A: Our Services are available 7 days a week.
Q: Are your services available to those living in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
A: Yes, all of our services are available no matter where you call home.
Q: How do I determine which services I will need?
A: Each client receives a Free in-home assessment to determine the care needed. Family members are welcome and encouraged to participate in the process. Decisions about your care will always be decided by you, keeping you in control.
Q: What if my needs change?
A: We will accommodate any changes as necessary, increasing or decreasing services required by the client.
Q: Who pays the caregiver, me or you?
A: All of our caregivers are employees of Caring Hearts Homecare. We handle all the payroll, taxes, insurance, and administrative responsibilities for you.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: We believe our rates are very competitive. Our rates are the same for weekdays and weekends. To receive a rate schedule please contact us.
